Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days, from the order date, to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty or it is the incorrect order, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Customised products such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

 As soon as the return item has been received, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if you are ordering from anywhere in the European Union (outside of the UK), you have the right, without justification, to cancel or return it within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused with tags. It must be in its original packaging, and must include the or proof of purchase.

Proof of purchase can either be a printed copy of the order that was sent to you via email, or you can forward the email confirmation to us.

 

Refunds

You will be notified as soon as we have received you item and it has cleared inspection. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
